Terms & Conditions
The short version. Verdictly computes your birth chart and explains it in plain language. It is for reflection and guidance — not advice about your health, money, legal position or relationships, and not a prediction of fact. Tokens are a one-time purchase and are not refundable once credited, though a reading that fails returns its tokens to you automatically.
These terms govern your use of verdictly.co.in. By using the service you accept them. Verdictly is operated by NexaCore Consultancy Services, a sole proprietorship registered in India ("we", "us"). If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service.
1. What Verdictly is
You give your date, time and place of birth. We compute a sidereal Vedic birth chart from them and produce a written reading, in English or Hindi, that explains what the chart contains and answers the question you asked.
The chart is arithmetic and is computed before any words are written. The interpretation of that chart is a reading in the astrological tradition. It is offered for personal reflection.
2. What Verdictly is not
This matters more than anything else on this page.
- It is not professional advice. Nothing here is medical, legal, financial, psychological or career advice. Do not use a reading in place of a doctor, lawyer, accountant or therapist.
- It is not a statement of fact about the future. A reading may name dates and periods. These are astrological interpretations, not forecasts that we warrant will occur.
- It is not a substitute for your own judgement. Decisions about marriage, health, money, work or anyone else's life are yours. We accept no responsibility for decisions taken on the basis of a reading.
- Compatibility readings do not determine whether anyone should marry. Guna Milan is a traditional scoring system. Treat it as one input among many, and never as a verdict on a person.
3. Your account
You need a Google account to sign in. You must be at least 18. You are responsible for activity under your account, and for the accuracy of the birth details you enter — an incorrect birth time produces a different chart, and we cannot know that it is wrong.
If you enter another person's birth details, you confirm you have their permission to do so.
4. Tokens, pricing and payment
- Readings and follow-up questions are paid for with tokens. A full reading costs 5 tokens; each follow-up question costs 1 token.
- New accounts receive 4 tokens free. Generating a chart and reading your answer costs nothing; unlocking the full reading behind it costs 5 tokens. If your balance covers it the reading unlocks automatically; otherwise a purchase is required to see it in full.
- Tokens are sold in packs. Current prices are shown in the app before you pay, and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Tokens are a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Tokens do not expire.
- Tokens have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
We may change prices at any time. A change never affects tokens already in your balance.
5. Refunds
Set out in full in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: tokens are not refundable once credited, but if a reading fails to generate, its tokens are returned to your balance automatically.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- resell, republish or commercially redistribute readings;
- use automated means to access the service, or attempt to bypass sign-in, token charges or rate limits;
- attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service;
- use the service to harass, intimidate or make decisions about another person without their knowledge and consent.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches this section. Where we do so for abuse, unused tokens are forfeited.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Verdictly available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Readings depend on third-party providers that can be slow or unavailable. Where a reading fails for that reason, its tokens are returned to you — that is the extent of our liability for an outage.
8. Intellectual property
The Verdictly name, site, design and software are ours. The reading produced from your birth details is yours to keep and use personally; section 6 limits commercial redistribution.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision you took in reliance on a reading.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Closing your account
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent, and unused tokens are forfeited — please spend them first.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Patna, Bihar have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you have under consumer law to bring a claim where you live.
